Policies
All orders ship within 4 business days (weekends and holidays not included). You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. All orders are packed securely to insure that your crystals and fragile items arrive safely.
SHIPPING: Tecora's Intentions to the United States and United States Territories. Shipping is free for all orders over $50.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES: Tecora's Intentions is not responsible for packages that were lost by USPS or packages that are stolen after delivery. Please contact USPS.
RETURNED PACKAGES: If your order is returned do to a non-deliverable address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee and will be invoiced for it.
SHIPPING CARRIER: All orders are shipped via USPS.
